4.3 Participation

All GMs are expected to actively participate in the SICHL community. There are several ways to do this:

• writing general interest articles for the league's front page
• posting press releases on their team
• participating in the message board discussions
• chatting with fellow GMs over MSN Messenger
• responding to emails in a timely manner
• sending in updated rosters/lines
• sending in draft lists and showing up for the live drafts

GM participation is key to the success of the SICHL, and any GM who seems to be lacking interest will be warned if his participation level is not acceptable. If after being warned, the GM still does not participate, they may be removed from the league.

It is not the intention of the Commissioners or BoG to remove GMs frequently, but if it appears that it is in the best interests of the league, it will have to happen.
