The biggest requirement to gaining and keeping a position within the league is participation in the league community. This involves making regular contributions to the league press and GM discussions on the message boards, as well as updating lines, and responding to emails and/or chats from other GMs in a timely manner.
All GMs are expected to act in a mature manner, and respect one another. Of course when posting "in character" on the message board or elsewhere, this rule is more relaxed. If anything offensive is posted however, it will be removed, and the GM responsible will be given a warning. We are all here to have fun after all. Starting rivalries between teams is great and is encouraged by the league, as long as it's all in character and can be taken with a grain of salt. If any GM becomes overly abusive after having been warned, he/she could be removed from the league.
All SICHL-related email should contain the acronym "SICHL" in the subject line. This will allow GMs to filter email, if they desire.
