3.3 Transactions

A transaction may consist of any combination of players, draft picks, and cash.

• Players - Any player on a franchise's SICHL Roster, Farm Roster, or In The System can be traded.
• Draft Picks - Any draft pick in the next 5 years can be traded.
• Cash - Any amount of cash can be traded, so long as the cash is "on hand" at the time of the transaction. Franchises will not be permitted to go into debt to complete a transaction.

All transactions may be subject to review by the league, and can be reversed at the discretion of the Board of Governors. In particular, early transactions by rookie General Managers will be watched carefully to ensure that they don't make any "rookie mistakes".

3.3.1 Process For Completing a Transaction

The preferred process of submitting a trade is to have one of the General Managers email details of the trade to transactions@sichl.com while cc'ing the other General Manager involved in the trade. The second General Manager will in turn "Reply All" to the e-mail, confirming the trade.
