The league is managed by a Board of Governors. General Managers are encouraged to forward any league-related issues/concerns to any member of the Board of Governors for discussion and review. The League Commissioner has final jurisdiction over all rulings by the Board of Governors.
The Commissioner is also responsible for simming games on a daily basis, posting results, executing roster transactions as directed by league General Managers, and keeping the league up-to-date on important happenings in the league via email, league message boards, or both.
