Matt Burch: Lets face it, the Riders are here by the skin of their teeth. If they were in the Canadian Conference, they'd be three spots out of a playoff spot. They're pretty much here to collect the extra revenue for their home games. If a miracle happens (and that miracle would have to be something along the lines of a Super Bird-Swine Mutant Hybrid Flu decimating the Vikings) and the Riders take out the Vikings, it would have to be the greatest upset since KC won the Continental Cup (ok that was really just a check to see if Kirk is reading, it would honestly be the biggest upset in SICHL history).

Mark MacRae: The Vikings may have had a slightly inflated point total for the season, having played in the weak World Conference, but they'll have little trouble disposing of the Riders in this one.

Eric Schneider: The Icemen would've finished in 11th place in the Canadian Conference, and they're taking on the league's most potent offence. Biron's the only question mark on the Vikes, but he shouldn't face more than 20 shots a game this round. I smell a massacre.
